- Average price for help is $55 an hour and the average time to resolve an issue is 25 minutes.
- Venrock Ventures and El Dorado Ventures led the round with a total of $6m in the series B to bring total funding to $9m.

would you mind also having a look at another support application like TeamViewer (www.teamviewer.com)?
Its a free tool for desktop sharing, remote control, online presentations, VPN,..
