TeamViewer is a support application that can be downloaded, which enables you remote access to another’s computer for IT issues and more.
It offers comprehensive features like session recording, Mac OS compatibility, remote reboot and is completely free of charge for private use without limitations.
This is a great app for distributed companies that have an out of office IT guru or for individuals with marketable skills to help other people.
